Not really actually. But well, I'll try to figure out what you mean.

To load a domain built from the Cooker, just need to add the following line in the PreProcessing section:
<PlugIn Id="_ReadDomain" FileName="my_compact_domain.gdd"/>

You can check most of the examples in the "tags/2.0/Example/" directory.

To create a new compact domain, follow the tutorial related to the "Cooker" at https://www.yakuru.fr/granoo//tutorial/basic_3_building-discrete-domain.html

You will learn how to change the domain's shape, dimensions, number of discrete elements, etc...
